I did log on paper. What is the best way to present my log?
The organization of the CVA DX CONTEST not accept paper records.

Yes, however, the self-Spot is prohibited.
Who is eligible for the Rookie category?
The Rookie category is only for operators who had an amateur radio license for less than three years. If you already had an amateur radio license before the time, you are not eligible for the Rookie category. The timeout applies to the operator, not the station.
Our registration software led us to make duplicate contacts. Is this a problem?
No, just a QSO will be validated.
The station sends me "serial numbers". What should I record in the log?
The exchanges are only accepted by the Regulation.
Would you like to work in several bands, but only provide a single band. Is this allowed? How should I present my log?
Yes, you can work other bands corresponding to their lincença and also submit your registration as a single band. First, make sure your log includes all QSOs made on all bands. This helps us to check the log. Secondly, make sure the Cabrillo file header has a whole category for single band you want to insert. (Eg, BAND CATEGORY: 20M) Only QSOs in a single band is used to calculate your score.
Please enter only a log containing all QSOs! Each log that you send will replace the log shown above. For single operator and single band is allowed to be looking for multipliers on other bands to request a QSY or Sked?
Is not allowed. The rules are clear: "All entrants must operate within the limits of their chosen category when performing any activity that may affect your score presented." Entering only band means that all activity to improve your score should be just about the band. You are allowed to work on stations other bands, but you are not allowed to ask them to do or QSY schedules (Sked).
What are the penalties for punctuation errors detected during the scan log?
Indicative incorrect - loss of QSO
Incorrect Exchanges (exchanges the record does not match the exchange sent by another station can only be used exchange in the Regulation) - loss of that QSO
Duplicate QSO - just one QSO will be validated.
Error band change in log - loss of all QSOs in the band mistyped.
Time tolerance in the log: the difference is tolerated three (3) minutes between QSOs, after that the actual program is designed to eliminate the QSO over 3 minutes.
I submit the record in Cabrillo 2.0 or 3.0?
The Cabrillo log format standard is 3.0.
Instructions for sending non Cabrillo log: If you can not send a CABRILLO format log, your log may or may not be considered if it is not clear enough to perform the calculation.
